Kate Campbell has dedicated her working career to helping others. As a midwife with over 20 years experience, her enthusiasm and dedication to helping couples through pregnancy, birth, and beyond has led her to pursue her other passion: Exercise, Fitness and Health. Committed to ongoing professional development Kate extend her accreditation in exercise, and she has emerged as a skilled and experienced leader in this field.
Setting up Keep Mums Fit in 2007 has proved to be a wonderful opportunity for mums throughout Sheffield to safely exercise throughout their pregnancy and following birth, many of whom return to Kate's Group Classes to maintain their fitness.
With qualifications in weight management, nutrition, lifestyle and fitness assessments, Kate will provide you with an outstanding Personal Training service.
Kate's other areas of interest and qualifications include; outdoor fitness, circuit training, children's instructor Zumber teacher, and Boxercise instructor.
Qualified in Sports Massage, Kate can provide holistic massage treatments catering to individual needs. Treatments on offer include: deep tissue and stress relief massage, remedial and rehabilitation massage, pre and post event massage and maintenance massage.
As a busy working mum of two, Kate is aware of the challenges faced by many to find the time to commit to regular exercise. Kate herself finds a variety of ways to exercise throughout the week. Regularly running (with her dog Marley in tow), weight training with free weights or body weight, tabata and interval training.
Meet Carla, a Personal Trainer with a passion for running. Having completed the London Marathon in 3hrs 17 minutes Carla can help with all your running queries and nutritional support. Working alongside Kate, Carla will be running the Tuesday night BodyBlitz Bootcamp and when Kate is on holiday she will be working with Professional Fitness clients on a 1-1 basis, continuing to motivate and support, ensuring goals are reached.
