A class designed to strengthen your core, back, legs, shape and tone your behind! Ideal for beginners and current exercisers. 

Booking required

Indoor non-marking soles essential. Please DO NOT turn up in your dirty running trainers or you will be asked to take them off!


£36 for 6 sessions, £60 for 12
Buy a fitness class pass (valid for 8 and 14 weeks from purchase) for any of my classes listed on the pass. 

Attend the same class each week, or mix and match - it's up to you!
