Lasting just 30 minutes, exercises are combined using hand weights to get the most out of the workout in the shortest amount of time. Gains are made very quickly & improvements continue as the weights increase. Movements that work several muscle groups at once are highly efficient - they save time, burn fat & build more muscle.
